Rent a GPS!

WGCSPV, Inc. encourages visitors of the Discovery Center to do the GPS course in Deep Creek Lake State Park. GPS units are available for rent at the Discovery Center for $10.00 or visitors can bring their own GPS. Coordinates will be provided for free if visitors bring their own GPS unit. There are six stops on the course, but visitors are only required to do four to complete the puzzle. The course can take 30 - 90 minutes depending on a groups pace. Each stop has a sign teaching visitors something new and important to Deep Creek Lake State Park. This course is offered year round, but is very popular during the summer months. Come early and complete the fun GPS course for all ages.
